    We just have Personal Time Off, PTO. It is for holidays, sick time, or any time off. Can carry over one years worth or sell back any remaining time at the end of the year. Not sure of my accrual rate every 2 weeks it is fairly high now more than 10 hours don't recall exactly. If you are sick more than 3 days in a row then you are eligible for Short Term Disability and time off doesn't count against you past the 3 days. Because I couldn't go pheasant hunting last fall I'm up to 4 weeks on the books now.

    That's one work horse that will be around for a while, I believe. Any talks of decommissioning gets nixed. The last I read on the 35s was that some Marine versions were combat "ready". But that whole height/weight requirement would make me leery as a pilot. If a punch out kills a smaller pilot, I don't imagine it would be very pleasant for a larger one.

    And I also read the 15s are getting a an extreme makeover, fighter jet edition, to supplement the 22s because of said debacle.

    :thumbsup: Start out with appreciation for consideration and his time. And, if you wish, point out any positives you have about the University and position.

    I would love to see them in operation.
