    So, since we're furloughed, would it be wrong of me to go camping at one of our areas knowing there's really nobody there to do any compliance or enforcment for permits since the office and contact stations are closed and can't buy a permit?

    As far as I know we’re still working. Last time this happened, we were among the approximately 1/4 of the base civilians who were excepted mission essential and kept working. The other 3/4 stayed home. In the end everyone got paid the same, including the ones who stayed home ... which pretty much pissed off those of us who didn’t have that option.

    Bottom line, I have once again reached the point where I hate all the politicians equally.

    I’ve said too much again ... guess I’ll get ready and go to work, and wonder if I’ll get paid ... or not ... or when.
