He is asking you because of rule #5 of the Buy/Sell/Trade Rules

    SELLERS RULES
    1. You must have a minimum 50 posts (legitimate posts, no spamming the Off Topic) before you may place an ad in the B/S/T section. If you place an ad here without the prerequisite 50 posts, your ad will be deleted.
    2. If you post a for sale thread, please be sure you are interacting with our TacomaWorld community. If you meet the minimum post requirements, but your posts consists along the verbiage of "lol", "idk" in attempt to be insidious to meet the post requirement, your account privileges will be revoked at staffs discretion. This is not your personal Craigslist.
    3. The subject-line of your post must be a description/name of what you're selling
    4. You must include a price for the item. If you aren't sure, put down a number and add "OBO" after it (Or Best Offer)
    5. You must include a picture of the item you're selling. It must be the actual item, not a manufacturer stock photo. It can be attached to the post, or embedded from other sites, such as photobucket. The item MUST be available for sale at time of posting. If its on a vehicle, make sure its removed. If you want to sell something, and its still on the vehicle, then you can make a thread after its removed, and ready for sale.
    6. For local-pickup or regional sales, you must include your city in the post and specify that it's a local-pickup or regional sale
    7. Specify the model year that the parts you're selling are made for
    8. When naming a price, take into account any fees that PayPal may charge you (under "Receiving purchase payments")
    9. If you are selling the item on an auction or classified site, you may link to the sale from your post-BUT YOU MUST still include a picture in the post.
    10. When the item you're selling is no longer for sale, please indicate so by replying to your sales thread. This helps avoid confusion among people seeing your post.
    11. Sellers may bump their threads only once a day (please remove previous bump)
    12. Carfax reports are not allowed to be sold via Tacomaworld
    13. Please do not make multiple threads for the same items
    14. In order to offer lighting products for sale (as a business, not an individual selling parts from their vehicle), sellers must be on the official Tacoma World vendor list. This is due to overwhelming number of light vendors appearing on the site.
    15. No "selling for a friend" threads. Anyone listing items for sale must be the owner of the item.

    BUYERS
    1. If you're making a willing-to-buy post, it must have WTB: in the subject, followed by the item you're looking to buy

DO NOT BASH for sale threads in what you think is a good price to sell an item. PM the OP and give them a suggestion. You have been warned and action will be take action if this happens

DO NOT post for-sale threads that are not complete. Photos are part of the deal, so don't start a thread until you have them ready. If you do not post a complete thread, it will be nuked. Statements such as "My dog ate my camera" or "Photos when I get home tonight" are not good substitutes for photos.

"Feeler" ads are to be considered BST ads. As such, the above rules apply.

It's removed, I couldn't have the shell and the light bar installed at the same time.

Are the lights ready to go? just run the wires and switch? And I'm assuming all hardware is included?

Yes, everything was working when I uninstalled on Sunday. It used 6 screws/bolts to attach to the rail, so I currently put them back. I'm sure it's about $5 in parts or I could swap with yours. I'd be happy to help you install, about a 5 minute job to install/take out.

Did the roof impair the light output or give you trouble with aiming at all?

It still lit the road up well, but honestly I always thought they could be higher. I also had another 2 on the front so I always had plenty of light.

I accidentally turned the front KCs on by mistake with the covers on, melted the crap out of them. I replaced with Hella Black Magic and they will be my preference going forward, a little pricier but I like them better.

Would they be able to be moved higher using something like washers and longer bolts? I've been looking at this bar lately on N-Fab's website and can't seem to find much on it. I also am unsure of how the output would compare on a DC vs. an AC like mine.

This bar works well on an AC. You could definitely raise the lights using washers and longer bolts. Check out my pics to see this on an AC.

This thing is worth the money!

    Thanks for the endorsement BigMac!
I always liked it and considered keeping it and going with a soft top, but just didn't know if it would work.
Having just recently removed it I know how easy it is, but I'm also happy with the hard shell.

Adding a picture of the mounting bracket and tab.

Looks like it would be easy to add a spacer, the bolt just goes through the tab and the mount on the KC.
Like I said from the front it looks like you lose some light, but looking at the road I don't think you need to.
If too much was bouncing off the cab I'd think it would light up the bed with a reflection but that was never the case.

Yeah I'm trying to figure out if i can fit a bed rack for a short bed behind the light bar. That would get me all the mounting options, and it should look good with the light bar. We will see!

Thanks for taking a picture! It looks like it would be no problem to slip some spacers in between the mount and light.

And thanks for the heads up on your truck BigMac! It is surprisingly hard to find 2nd gen ACs with a roll bar/bed bar

You guys are right, even less throw space over an AC versus DC so I bet any cutoff would be further minimized.

I did see one comment on the Amazon link that said more hardware was required to mount in a long bed.
Did you have any issues mounting BigMac? It was just six bolts/screws in mine. Maybe some drilling required to add new, again mine was installed when I bought it.
