When they started selling them. You are aware USPS mail fees also went up on the 20th of this month aren't you?

 

Nope

 

Letter is now $.50 to mail. All the others also went up and international went up about $7 or so. Canada went from $1.15 to $2.xx About to have to redo the shipping on my website for Canada.

 

Don't need no wall.

 

Damn that sucks.

 

Also a flood plain across the road .

 

IKR , made an update to the front end of my truck soooooo you know what that means with the old setup .

One trench on back of property is close to 100' long from 4' down to nothing on other end filled with cobble . Another hand dug trench 12-18" deep along side of property with berm behind it . County road in front of house has all new french drains with a concrete swale . I do have a Honda trash (water) pump I purchased during hurricane Irene !Also large sump pump sunk ito floor in basement that gets pumped out through the wall under driveway toward where all that water lays outside . Sitting on all gravel with a shale hard pan base here !

 

We built ourselves on of these. Came in handy several times.

 

He actually spent 30 minutes trying to convince me to be his partner in a remodeling business. He’s what we call “dangerous” in the industry, doesn’t know he’s unqualified. You read about builders like him in connection to 2nd story decks collapsing.

Not sure what did that ? It was a couple feet deep right there at one point . Maybe mice or moles ?
