Bluesjam what made you notice this? Clunking at low speeds every time the tire rotates and a vibration from 25-40 mph that goes away at highway speeds?

Mine has the same play as shown in the video. I noticed it while under the truck checking up on things. I have no clunking or vibes but I haven no lift either.

I checked under mine and the Driver side shakes pretty bad and the passenger side shakes as well but not nearly as much.

Put her in H4 and sound is completely gone. No more clunking or anything.... so my Two questions now are am I able to drive on it for a while? And how difficult is it to replace yourself? I’m not the most mechanically inclined when it comes to vehicles but I am a plumber and have tons of tools.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
I drove mine clunky for a few months. Should be ok as long as you aren't leaking oil out from seal. Or if you're just uncomfortable with it, don't drive it.

If you're a plumber, you can likely handle pulling the bearing to put in that ECGS part.

Do I need to buy the tool that comes with the new bushing or can I use something else to get the old bearing out?

Doesn't the ECGS bearing go on the passenger side? If so that doesn't lend to the theory that the OP's driver side CV axle is busted

It’s not too hard to do with the right tools, and a lot of them can be rented from autozone for free. It’s definitely your needle bearing as others have said.

    35mm*

I’ll also add a tie rod end puller to this list. It was extremely easy to unbolt both 19mm lower ball joint bolts from the LCA, outer tie rod and axle nut, and everything swings out of the way with ease.

and a torque wrench that goes to 172 ftlb, or something like that. Available to borrow/rent from parts stores.
