All-Pro Offroad has terrible customer service

    im not one to have issues with companys. i understand sometimes things happen. but i just would like to share with eveyone my experiance with All-PRO. so i placed and order for a basic apex bumper over the phone on november 10th. i was told that the way i ordered my bumber it would be 3 weeks before the shipping date. well the 4th week came around and i was giving them the benifit of the doubt expecting that there may have been a delay, no big deal. but after the 5th week i gave them a call and was promised it was shipping out december 18th so i called the 19th because i never got a confirmation. well i was informed that it wasnt going to be able to ship until the 22nd and was assured that it would. socalled them that day to ask what was going on and was told sorry, we wont be able to get it out until after christmas. okay fine, ive waited long enough i can wait a few more days and its the holidays so i can understand theyre backed up. so come january 4th i was told again that it wouldnt ship until the 8th. at this point im tired of being lied to. mind you ive been super nice and understanding. so i askede them if they could just refund me my money and cancle the order. no big deal oh well. i was told it would take 7 to 10 business days before the refund would be fully processed i was never sent my canclation/refund confirmation. ive tried to call multiple and email times since the 4th and finnaly got someone to email me after i messaged them here on facebook on the 18th. and finnaly got a response. so im still waiting on my refund confirmation and its been well over 10 business days. i have still called every day multiple times with noone to answer the phone. im sorry to say i wouldnt purchase anything from this company. most toyota companys have unbelievable customer service. and this is by far the worst experience ive ever had. also still no refund confirmation and no sign of my money anywhere. maybe ill get a response from this post.
