Led Bed Lights?

Has anyone done this mod?

I have seen it on newer generations but nothing on the 1st gen's.

I've got the lights just trying to figure out how i want to wire it up

His lights come with instructions. And the lights work awesome.

 

All you need are some sticky LED strips and a simple switch setup.

 

I wanted to do a string of all-weather LED light strands/strings on the inside of the bed (under the rail). Tie it into the parking lights some-how and place a toggle switch in the cab. I never got around to it. I did an interior version with my old WJ Grand Cherokee (not all weather though) and tied it into the the parking lights (vampire tap).

No instructions though (sorry) as it was just a thought at the moment. Mainly for when we're out camping and I need to sort through the mess in the bed at night.

I think I found the LED light strands on Amazon though.

 

A waterproof toggle switch in the bed would work, too. I was thinking of a similar project with leftover strip lights.

 

I am looking to do that and a master switch inside
