    AP doesn't manufacture their bumpers. They outsource it. They only do the tube work for light hoops and what not. And they have a tenancy to not pay their outstanding debts to their vendors...hence why they always say shit is "back-ordered."

    Also written on a bathroom stall wall...conveniently right next to a hole in the stall wall.
