I was looking for proper alignment of the lows, highs, fogs, and light bars but not quite finding it. Is there a proper alignment or just personal preference?

My lighting is stock but I will probably be changing that and will set to factory alignment or as close as I can.

Mainly trying to figure out the bumper area stealth light bar I added.

Your lows are going to be what you drive with and when you hit your highs they will depend on the level of the lows, all others are personal preference since you aren't supposed to drive with light bars anyway and fogs are pretty much set where they are. That being said pull up to a flat wall about 15' back and try to adjust your low beams just below level. There are more detailed ways of doing it and it's pretty simple no matter what but if you are getting free oil changes on your new truck just ask the dealer to do it next time you go in.

So I'm getting flashed quite a bit on longer drives. I need to bring my lows down but not sure what is he proper height for the fog, low, and hi. Any thoughts?

My lows are pretty damn low from factory, lower than I wouldn't like, and I'm still getting flashed.

25 feet away from the wall, cutoff should be 2 inches lower than measured height from ground to bulb.

There is an adjustment screw on the fog lights that aims them up and down. They should be aimed a little lower than yours low beams.

The easiest way to do this is to find a wall with level ground. place the truck within inches of the wall with low beams on. Mark the top part of the cut off directly in front of the headlights on both sides. Pull the truck straight back 25'. The cut off line of the light should be 2" below the marks you made. Make adjustments as necessary.

I miss having a switch that raised and lowered the lights from inside the cab in my Tundra. I had them aimed all most all the way down since pulling in behind small cars would have my lights all over their rear view mirrors otherwise.
