    Too few to list.
    I'd rather get a lower mileage used engine and do a swap or rebuild. No use just doing one cylinder. Cost about the same.

    prob not, but if your exhaust manifold gasket is leaking fumes into the cab its not good.

    OP did you figure anything out? I changed my valve cover gasket then I noticed exhaust in the cab when the heat was on and now my truck sounds like it missing after it runs for about five minutes.
