We've got plans tonight, so I will chop the rear bumper and fenders tomorrow... and I'll go into detail on what I did to fit these up front. Whew! That was fun :)
    :sawzall:

The more I see these wheels on my truck, the more I LOVE the matte bronze finish.

I found a pic of a truck same gen, color and wheel setup I now have that i ran as my desktop background for 2-3 months before committing to go with bronze wheels. I have no regrets but since getting mine I think the dark bronze on the scs wheels might be even better!

Also, let me know when you are ready to sell the pack rack. :D

    And the color matched flares.

    Looks damn good man!

The Matte Bronze looks killer on the MGM truck.

How much did you cut the fenders so far?

Ha! I don't think I'll be selling the pack rack anytime soon. I tore off a couple of the mounting clip tabs on two of the flares :-/ I'll give them to you if you wanna make them work still.

Thanks Steven! I've only cut 1.5" out of the front so far. I have a 1" body lift and I've seen cut numbers anywhere from 2-3"... I figure I'd shoot for 2.5" of fender clearance over stock.

I removed the front coils and allowed the A arms to fully droop and stuff onto the bumps as far as I could get them to with my jack and then turned the wheel to check clearance. I had to beat the hell out of the firewall to fit the 12.5" wide sumbitches in there as well as do a little bit of grinding on the frame and cab mount chop, but they fit pretty well. I'll wind up with a tiny bit of frame rub on the drivers side while fully stuffed at full lock and just begin to touch the passenger upper arm when fully dropped at full lock. All in all I'm very happy with what I've got so far for clearance without running a huge offset wheel or spacers. These tires poke out really damn far, but I came from skinnies, so it's a drastic change.

Still need to cut up the rear tough

I am guessing you mean to tab on the actual flare and not just the clips. Think they are usable still?

Yeah that's what I mean. They could be reused, but may not secure properly in those couple of spots unless you find a way to reattach the tabs that broke off. I still have all the parts.

Could probably just use a good 3m tape and it'll hold. It's just a flare. If there's broke plastic you could probably make it strong enough with some jb plastic weld.
