so I heard a scratching noise I thought I recognized as bad wheel bearings but after replacing both sides the noise is still there. It only happens at around 20-25mph. I looked to see if the dust plate was maybe touching but I couldn’t see anything and tried bending it further away the best I could. What else could this be?

Have you checked u-joints and carrier bearing. Also are your brakes worn down and the squealers are starting to touch the rotors?

The brakes appear to have plenty of life left but I could be wrong
