First of all, love my Prinsu rack.

I want to wrap the top of my truck so I will need to remove the rack. When i originally installed it, i botched up the weather proofing pretty bad so I plan on fully replacing it when i do.

What is the best way to remove the silicone that is all dried up in there? Any tips on getting it out of the drill holes?

    Any advice would be great!

When I pulled my Cabrac off my 2005 the silicone was easy to pick out of the mounting holes. It all came out in one dried plug. I was sealing it back up for trade in so I just added more and then taped over the holes.

If you’re mounting it again I wouldn’t worry too much about getting the old stuff out. You could always put the bolts back in through the spacers and leave them on there.

Not a bad idea on just plugging them back in for the wrap.
