Anyone in the Ottawa area buy their bilstein 5100s locally and have them installed? Looking for a place to do so hopefully soon.
    Thanks

shiiiit man need to find somewhere first man hahaha slim pickins around here, everything is damn private property hahaha the only place I have heard about is Burnt Lands off march road but I haven't been there myself, my buddy and his friends wheel there from time to time but its pretty much just flat land with some mud from what I have heard, I will have to get my buddy to show it to me one of these days to get a feel for it. Use to be able to go explore some property between Dwyer Hill and Corkery Rd but from what I heard the property sold and the new owner don't like people wheeling there anymore, I think he even blocked some of the entrances.

Burntlands is where I off-roaded my old Ranger, Bronco II and my CRV. (insert laugh here)

Ya, it's pretty flat, but haven't been there in almost a decade.

Ya, there's a bit of everything in there, including a lot of flat land.

It's ok, but I'd love to try out powerline trails and more. But I'm running on stock setup.
You still round Tom? Would love to check out that area!

I wouldn't mind checking out Burntlands only because I have never been there but I do agree some power line runs would be pretty cool, I saw an interesting entrance off of Thomas A Dolan between Carp Rd and Marchurst Rd, it looks like it follows some power lines but again, no idea if its private land or not which is the difficult part in these area, don't want to step on any toes.

I'll assume most power lines are not on private property, but wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong.....

Information that will follow is not complete and can be discussed for more understanding lol: Land under power line are owned by the power distributor. It can be on a private property, which got split to let the power through. Access to these power line trail can be impossible due to private property, and I don't really know if the power distributor allows people to wheel under (except if it passes through your own land) or if a club or association ask for permission. And, we do know that there a no guys patrolling under the line to check on offroaders, but you can fall on workers, who can be working any day at any hours.

I've been once under a power line and it is nice to explore! And it would be nice to find clear information about if we are allowed to do it or not, because there are some in my area, where I used to go hunting with my dad when I was young, but now both access are blocked, i guess by land owner

yeah which makes sense, but not everyone posts up sings if its private property or not, I think most people do but it is not always the case haha the place I was talking about off of Thomas A Dolan did not have any sings at the entrance. I also know that if it is hydro owned land/entrance then there is typically a hydro sing posted telling you hahaha
