2019 voodoo blue Trd pro

my taco has a vibration in steering wheel, gas pedal and floor board . went under my truck and grabbed the two front axles passenger side was tight , driver has play .. vibration comes at 2,000 to 2,200 rpm and again once I hit over 75 mph .. truck is stock .. thinking its the needle bearing but was also wondering if guys who's trans fluid was low did you have same issues ?
