Went shopping today, just stood there staring at the meat like, wtf do I buy!! Didn’t buy anything.

I’m thinking of doing two appetizers and a main dish.

I was planning to do some this past weekend but plans ended up all over the place and I never even made it to the market. Will see how the weather is going to be this coming weekend and if it's not total crap I will break the smoker out. Snowing right now supposed to get 10 inches.

I'm surprised no submissions yet? I figured this weekend would see the first wave. Do I need to extend the deadline?

I know a lot of you all from the group buy thread love to show off :D.

Not sure if I will make it or not. All depends on how the weather treats me this coming weekend. :)

Might be an easy win for someone here.

You take the brisket and butterfly it, stuff it with pork, top that with ribs, roll it up in the brisket and then stuff all that in the chicken. It's the Pit Faced version of TurDukHen
