That's one fuck of a pothole!

 

I was awaiting the damage report before I posted a reply to those pics.

 

Only damage done was to the ego of the Jeep driver that drove by as I took the pics...

Damn, you guys are wrenchin' the hell outta those trucks....!! Keep it up guys..! I've gotta go and get a new knee installed next month. The OEM came with no zerks and is all worn out..!! Way outta warranty also.!

And I pick the most fucked-up day to go and pick up these stupid ass fucking tires. I just was going a hundred on the fast lane pass away truck went into the ditch. Luckily was able to just drive right back up nothing seems to be wrong with the truck as I'm dictating this to voice on my headsetf I just almost went sideways again

 

I hope the ST Maxx are better on fucking snow...

yep very lengthy thread on how it works no lift. But as soon as you change anything lift wise it no longer fits

 

This is pretty fucked up I just saw a tractor trailer right across the center ditch it look like a fucking bridge I don't know how he crossed it but he's sitting there with the back end on my side and a front end on the other side... There's some serious fucking slippage going on out here.

 

Hahaha, I did something similar a few weeks back.

Right before christmas I had to go from Scarborough to Uxbridge in that giant snowstorm we had. I missed my exit on an unplowed sideroad and slammed on my brakes to try and make the exit. Instead the truck just violently thrashed around and I went right into the ditch.

Smashed right into a road sign too and bent the fuck out of it, got a nice paint scuff in my front bumper but that was about it. Would of been stuck in the ditch too if it werent for 4x4...

Literally went out and bought snow tires the next day.

 

Get home now..!! Safely.

When I think fuck me up is that I usually have all my tools in the rear equating to about 4 500 lb I had to remove everything to be able to have space for the tires so I'm riding with a back empty on a snowy road...recipe for bulshit

 

i ride empty bed no problem

 

I really prefer the 300lbs of sand I added this year, I can feel how planted the back end is compared to last year. Love the OME Dakar pack back there giving me the ability to put 300lbs of sand bags with problem.

 

I got used to riding with a full bed. I actually haven't had an empty bed this entire winter.
