    Any cuts of beef you would suggest? I've seen some recipes for a smoked chuck roast that looked pretty good. Other than bacon my BF doesn't really eat pork so I generally don't cook it.

    Correct. Its advertised as semi-permanent. From experience its far from permanent but it does last a long long time.

    Can I get the silver brick detailed please. It's been a while since the interior has been wiped down.
