Im a newbie and dont know much about suspension. My truck is an OR package, and im looking to upgrade to mid- or long- travel. Goal is a solid prerunner for desert running and mild jumps. Balling on a budget so whats the best way to do this without spending too much?

LT = money. So what's your budget? Need a number to answer the question accordingly.

Best bang for the buck on a PreRunner, ask me how I know.

You could always add a high performance coilovers if the budget allows.

Yep. Knowing your actual funds limit would help in some decision making. As far as LT, I got the standard 3.5 package and Im well into about 13k just in parts without the install for front and rear. If you arnt familiar, the front LT kit can only go as fast as the rear can handle...and rear LT is easily 5-8k depending on sourced parts and if a fabricator is needed.
