I had a terrible dash rattle. Took my car to the dealer 3 times. Clearwater Toyota opened a case with corporate on my truck and apparently they created a new speaker cover for the passenger side. It' been 5 days and not a squeek. If your having the issue make sure your dealer calls Toyota or replaces the part with the attached.
