Go rhino rc2 bull bar not TRD compatible?

2012 TACOMA Ted 4x4

I have a 2012 double cab that I would like to put a bull bar with light options on. Trouble is I found one and go rhino says it's not compatible with the TRD package. Does anyone know if this is simply due to the skid plate or is it something else. Any help or suggestions is very much appreciated

I'd imagine the skid plate covers where the bull bar is supposed to mount underneath the bumper.
