When you are installing the fox shocks, are you doing anything with a differential drop to adjust your CVs or is it factory as configured?

I diff dropped mine. I've read the same but I'd does help. Maybe not good for 1" as stated but better than OE if you are 3+

I'm researching the Fox coilovers in the front with aftermarket control arms. Why the sway bar delete? I thought about spacering it and keep it or have a quick disconnect.

Your one of the few that may benefit from keeping the sway bar after lifting due to high center of gravity. I mostly tell people to throw it in thrash after lifting to offroad.

Nope. But I have save around 50-75 plastic bottles/jugs and filled them with water.

    You mean ice? Lol

Thanks I was planning to keep it, but may do some quick disconnect.

Thanks Matt, the advice is always helpful.

I drive like the proverbial "grampa" now days, so "body roll" from not having a sway bar during high speed driving isn't an issue. It does allow some additional articulation on the front. It also lessens the transmission of impact (road bumps) from one side to the other when you hit a chuck hole with one wheel, etc.... That said, the improvement is minimal, albeit noticeable. (Never saw any issue WITH having a sway bar) However, if I had a RTT or any other added weight carried high (at or near cab height) I MIGHT reconsider. This is from a guy who logs around 30,000 miles a year, most of which is highway miles.

No one (that I'm aware of) offers an aftermarket quick disconnect for Tacoma sway bar links.

All that said, Mine is laying in my garage attic.

Sounds like we should develop one and corner the market. We've all spent plenty of money on some new widget.

It was attempted on the 2nd gen. Risk of tearing the CV boot IIRC.

You can search the forum and find some info about it. Got it to work 'right' on the 1st gen, though.

Hey man, I'm looking to order the blueseas setup and seen you were also running it. I'm starting to build an accumulation of wires. Anyways I see everyone goes with the Negative buss setup and was wondering if I actually have to ground all my Negs on the fuse panel or can I ground them elsewhere?

I also thought about having a separate ground bus closer to the rear for bumper and bed lights to ground to.

But if I'm running 16/2 wire, why peel it apart just to ground somewhere other than the fuse block?
