    we got a size limit here where we are going tomorrow. Nothing greater than 28" and has to have the adipose fin clipped...

    Struck out for most of the day. Got all these at 1 spot at the end. Stayed out there till sunset. Always good to be out on the water. 3 big Redfish, 3 Black Drum, 7 Sheephead.

    I forgot to take one for you. They arent really anything special on the outside. Just basically a 8'x12' box. They are mounted on 6"x6" wood skids so they can be dragged around the lake by one of these things.

    How big is the hole you cut in the ice? What happens if your fish wont fit through the hole...or does that even happen?

    And yes those are serious questions. I dont ice fish here in Texas.

    Most common are 8" or 10" diameter holes. You would be surprised at the size of a fish you can fit up an 8" hole. There are some very very rare circumstances that people will drill a couple holes connected to eachother...but for the most part an 8" hole is more than enough.

    All that thing is, is the transport to and from the ice shacks. The resort has a bunch of different styles of "bombers". This style are all custom made in their workshop.
