Was reading thread TRD Off Road vs. 5100 in front and want to do the bracket lift discussed there. Where can I find instructions?

No, sure don't at the moment.
I have a 2016 Tacoma 4x4 Off Road and have been looking at struts with some lift, but the 'stock' premium coil-over bilstein struts appearantly have a moveable plate/bracket to add 2"+ lift.
I'm running Cooper AT3 285s and I'm rubbing slightly when turning and loading the struts. I want a little more clearance and level without adding a spacer.
