    1. I have been on the site for some time now and thank you for all the great info on the trucks. I currently have a 20 year old Dodge Ram that I bought new in High School, so its time to upgrage and I am 99% sure I'm going with Toyota do to resale value and many other features.
    2. I looking into getting a third gen Tacoma TRD sport, four door, 6 cylinder, automatic, short bed, 4x4. What I am not sure about is the year and the lift I want to do. I do like all the safety features on the 2018.
    3. As for the lift I am looking at the 3 inch coilovers and UCAs, but there are to many people who complain about vibrations. That would drive me absolutely nuts!!! Moreover why isn't there anyone out there that that provides the whole kit, (coils, aal, uca, front bearing, and rear drop)?
    4. I am not sure to go with the 5100s or another brand? I have looked into the shock load with regressive and progressive, if I am not mistaken regressive are smother?

Any comments are greatly appreciated...... #TacoOn

Welcome to TW..... As for the lift it mainly depends on what you are going to do with your truck. I personally went with the so called DREADFUL.... Rough Country 4 inch full suspension lift. It’s been on my truck for about 7 months now and no issues, it rides nice, tracks straight down the road and no vibration. No mountains here in west central Illinois just corn and bean fields and some Mississippi river bottoms. I for one have no complaints about my lift.

Well I am from California so there are plenty of trails around here and I'm about 45 min from Yosemite. As for your lift I admire you bec that's what I really want to put on but from what I have been reading here not a good quality lift but do remember that's the exact lift I want. Lots of people on here have made me not want to go that route.

Well I respect that, but R/C has been around longer than most of the other ones. If I had money to burn I would buy stuff just for the name, just do what you want to do and not what everyone else wants you to do. Good luck and post some pics!!

Buck did you have to cut the cross member for that four inch lift? That's what I don't want to do to a brand new truck....
