Lift questions for OME 885 with nitro sport shocks

    Thanks for the replies. The talk about castor and all of that has further convinced me to stick with my 265's for now and just get it lifted. Then when I'm ready to spend money again i can get UCA, offset wheels, and maybe brave the 285s.

    It is possible with the 885s that you will not be able to get a correct alignment with stock UCAs. Most people have no trouble, however there are a few that do.

    Just be prepared for the worst going in

    Sway bar still on?

    That can make a difference. The two sides being connected can reduce overall travel.

    Minor inner fender and flare trimming for me. Barely hit the cab mount at full stuff and full lock.

    It's because of the 3.5" backspacing, I will be doing the CMC with fender trimming and UCA's

    I am at 3.75" backspacing but yeah that is part of it. I did UCAs and was able to get 3* of caster as well. I am still doing a CMC because I am going to step up to 35s
