    Lots of different reasons. It's much easier to install a complete coil over in your drive way than a coil strut style system where you have to break down the factory strut. We have also seen coil over applications too long for the front end, making removing the UCA bolt or sometimes even the lower A-Arm ball joint bolts to let it slip in. Icon's aren't the easiest on the front end, we've installed some that are shorter or the same length as stock so they are much easier to install, sometimes jacking up the lower arm to get the bottom bolt in verses prying it down. We've also installed some very nice coil overs that were in consistent with their resivor fittings from one week to the next and the fitting was too large to adjust the coil over on the truck with out destroying the collar.

    The biggest difference we have seen over the years is the working relationship with vendors and customers. If we see room for improvement we bring it up to them and if it's valid they correct it. We as well as many other re sellers are their link to the end users and they take our constructive criticism and implement it in ways no other manufacture that we have experience with would.

    There are tons of great kits and parts out their on the market, some people just like certain colors, some people had a bad experience with x,y and Z and now want I. After 1000's of installs over the last 19 years, we all agree here that Icon has some of the easiest and most balanced kits available for the end users. Yes there are easier to install, yes there are better longer travel but for the masses that want bolt in and forget about we have the least amount of returns with their product with complaints.

    That said we will install most kits:)

    I've got icons they are great no clunks or rattles look good when cleaned up. Anything you go with will be better than stock with spacers. An congrats on the taco.

    IMG_0687.jpg IMG_0689.jpg Quick question:
    Are the new style SPC LR UCA's good to go (as in much approved over the older style)?
    And here's a couple pics of how I received it today. Lots of work to do! I'll start my build thread after this. Thanks!!!

    @HeadStrong Off-Road ,
    I just ordered the Fox Stage 2 kit, front wheel spacers & WeatherTech floor liners from you. Make sure it's packaged good! :burnrubber:
    Hopefully it can be shipped vis USPS since it needs a sig upon delivery. UPS & FedEx are faaaar from me.

    I removed some parts yesterday so I guess I'll start a build thread now.
    Thanks to everybody for your input so far. This seems like a great community!
