Crab legs are the bomb. When we go somewhere that it's all you can eat it's one of those things I will eat and eat and eat until I actually feel sick.

thats a horrible smell. A friend of mine had something similar happen. but it never came back on, in the summer time and it was horrid. He ended up throwing the freezer away along with the rotted meat.

Sweet I am going to Amazon now to look. Then I won't have to open mine every couple of days.

I found a old freezer up in the woods about 4miles from anyone. At first I thought it was an animal carcass...then I saw it was a freezer out in the woods. I was a little worried to go look at it, as it may contain a human body...but it was just some wild game meat someone had and I assume their freezer died. Still makes me mad they dumped the whole freezer out in the woods.

well I dont know how picture worthy this chicken will be...Im sure it will taste great just not looking that great right now...windy here and surprisingly the smoker is keeping temp up around 300 but the crust/bark looks a little burned. I put some apple juice and PF rub as a mop on the chicken. I'll still post a pic anyway.

Ok, here is the plan. Picked up a select brisket (only one I could find), and a rack of back ribs as back up. I’m doing some chicken lollipops, and bacon wrapped onion rings as well (had to get a veggie in somehow). Brisket and ribs on the WSM, and the rings and pops on the OK joes.

Brisket needs prepped tonight, as well as the ribs, rubbed and put to bed for the night in the fridge. This chicken is going to be an experiment for me, and will be the first time for me. I rarely cook chicken as I can’t eat it, so it’s for the wife and boy.

Ribs and rings will be my failsafe, brisket and chicken are the X factor. I’m planning my first quasi high temp brisket. Going to do it slow for a few, then open the vents to get around 275 after the wrap. I hope to get it done in 8 hours or so.
