Is anybody here running only front coils with a stock rear as a true leveling kit? I have a DCOR and am looking at the Eibach toytec coils to level out the front end, no I'll never wheel all out the most I'll see are some rough back roads which the OR suspension eats up more than perfect so this is almost a cosmetic upgrade for me the upside is it's slight performance value

I believe you need a longer shock if you are going that route. If you are never off-roading it though and I know everyone in TW hates in it but a 1” spacer would be your greatest option. I’ve ridden one with it and it rides just fine, absolutely 0 complaints. About $80 for both sides and you can install yourself in about 1.5-2.5 hours. Or just go the 5100 route, $180 for both shocks and set them to 1.1” of lift.

Well toytec offers their new toytec spring/Eibach shock coilover and advertised as a 2" inch lift which should be perfect, both companies are top tier and the price is awrsome, I just haven't seen anyone do it everyone that "levels" the front then throws an AAL or block on the back thus still giving the truck that forward rake , I'd rather not use the "puck" style kits

I had my icons raised for a while without my aal installed. That should count. 2.25” front lift and 0” rear. No problems.

That's good to know, I don't want that west coast squat so much (although I don't hate it)

This is true but I'd rather not sacrifice the hauling capacity no matter how minimal it may be

Yea the good thing about coil overs is you can adjust as necessary until you get the look you like.

I know almost everyone loves the billys...but if op wants lift, can't he just replace the front coils? and get longer shocks? that way you keep OEM type ride?

Does the OP want lift or leveling?? To level just put in the 5100's in front on the first notch. Done.
