All right.. the fatty. Was going to do a mini turduchen originally, but duck was too expensive. Then the turkey breast was destroyed and in pieces (bought that way unknowingly) . So I improvised and made a fatty. Turkey, chicken and venison fillet instead of duck. Made a chorizo stuffing for the in between layers. Then wrapped in ground pork and a bacon weave...

And the meatstocity was born  .sides hitting smoker in a bit...

Well looks like ribs will happen tomorrow for me. We had to run errands and didn't home until too late for me to put them on and eat at a decent time. Wife is starting to feel better but was iffy on the rub and any sauce to dip them in anyway. So tomorrow I am going to smoke the ribs and might do some wings also. Probably some baked beans, and I'm thinking about making some creamed corn (that won't have PF in it though).

So I'm making some choclolate chip cookies for the wife and it got me thinking. I may mix some PF into some butter, let that set up for a couple day's then used the sliced medallions on some things.

Oh I'm pretty sure I won't win, just want to throw some pic's up for @bvbull200 to see and maybe use. I thought about putting it in the corn in place of the sugar I use in it (recipe from my wifes grandma who was born and raised in MS) but I'm not sure how it would go in this lol. I like it on most things but she might come back from the beyond and whoop me for messing with the recipe.

Now we're talking! I make compound butter a lot. How the hell I haven't thought of putting the rub in there is beyond me. Killer corn, mashed potatoes (I do the volcano thing when I plate mine ), let it melt over a steak, mmmmmmm.
