    They're fish sticks/wedges. Actually pretty big pieces.

    I got the "white sauce" recipe off the web. Tastes pretty good, but I'm gonna thin it down more with milk and add just a bit more garlic salt. Other than that, not bad. I might experiment with other ingredients/spices as well to put in? :taco:

    HAHAHA, it does need a little more Garlic Salt actually. :rolleyes::D:p:thumbsup:

    From this first batch though, which wasn't bad really to begin with, I can "mod" from there. I need/want to try a little less lemon, a little less mayo, a little more milk, and a tad bit more garlic salt. Plus other possible "spices".
