I just recently got an 2007 tacoma and i'm curious if anyone has suggestions on a good way to install bluetooth to the OEM stereo? or if that isn't possible then what's the best options for a new stereo setup?

This video shows installation of Bluetooth into a 2006 but I think it's still valid on your year. I had it already in my truck but this might be something to look into.
