Awesome! I have two identical ones I need done. Today isn’t good for me, but just about any other evening in the next week or so would be great. I can work around your schedule, so just shoot me a pm and let me know what day/time works for you.

It’s done. My attempt of making a pvc hot box. Now if it’s going to work I have no clue.

Well the first attempt at heating the pipe was a total fail. You can’t “set it” and “forget it”.
    2A3BD0FD-E1F8-499F-8348-46DAA2BE2554.jpg

If I move it forward and reverse while turning it. It heats the pipe perfect and a lot faster then I used to do it. Then placing it on this jig makes a pretty accurate bend coping Corey bender. Now I can get started on the new cages. Well after I make new front resi mounts. I’m going to relocate my front shock resi to my coil bucket gussets.

This angle to to steep. I'm going to have to do a less of a bend.

So can you fit a cat in there or what?

I'm not seeing a cat in any of those pictures.

Anybody in the Springs recommend a solid drive-shaft shop? I have a feeling mine may be out of balance (got the 65-75mph shakes).

Had a shop replace the drive-shaft support bearing recently along with a u-joint on the rear drive shaft. I want to ensure that the drive shaft is properly balanced before I start replacing parts up front ($$$).

I’m surprised the taco can tow the one he already has. These things are dogs when it comes to towing, especially if you have oversized tires/armor.

It’s about the biggest thing I would tow with it. Yes it’s a dog. Trailer weighs 4K dry. That’s why we always camp down south so I don’t have to drag it over the high mountain passes. I drug it to Moab the first year I bought it. Heading west wasn’t horrible but coming back east over vail pass SUCKED!

Yes it is inevitable. Gonna have to buy a toy hauler in the next few years. The taco will only allow 1 toy to be hauled along with the trailer. Oh yeah then I’ll have to buy a diesel to tow it too.
