Fitting up the flares. Got the front done... I don't know if I should leave them black or color match them.

I like them black. If you want another rig next weekend let me know I've been wanting to get out to bmra again. Gotta figure out what's rattling on the truck thought.

Agree, like the black. Color matched would look good too though I think. :goingcrazy:

Going to need to know how you mounted the flares up and what you used. Did you just bolt it using the existing holes in the fender or what?

I lined up the flare using the existing holes toward the front and middle of the fender, but the rear holes didn't line up so I drilled holes in the fender. It was a little tedious, but not too bad. The biggest pain was getting the fender bolted and tightened up before trimming since the flares are designed to mount to the stock fender well liner, and the piece that folds under the fender made it difficult to reach some of the bolts on the back side of the fender. Once the bottom half of the flare was trimmed it was easy to work on and I can take them on and off rather quickly now.

A wood scroll saw blade in the jigsaw made quick smooth work of the cutting. I used the same cut line tool I used on the fender to take 1-1/2" out of the flare. I tapered the bottom and front of the flare a bit to match the existing body/bumper lines.

For sure. I've got about over 25 liters of the stuff in my garage for future oil changes.
