If you happen to have odd noises coming from your doors or interior as the body flexes (bumps, going up a driveway, etc), I found on my "new to me" 2015 DCSB, that most all of the interior noises were coming from the weatherstripping around the doors.

I did some research and ordered some Chemours Krytox GPL 205 Grease (2 oz) from Amazon. I applied a light coat on all of the seals, especially between the door seals and behind the seals where they contact the paint. Pay especially close attention on the tops of the doors and really get behind those seals.

After applying this grease, the squeaks, creaking and rattling in my truck has decreased significantly. The noise had me fooled into thinking it was within the door panels, which I removed and felt taped a number of areas. I also noticed that a number of the screws on the door panel were loose, so if you're hunting for rattles in the door panel, tighten up every fastener you can find inside of the door skin and door panels (regulators, speakers, door pull brackets, etc.). I also put felt tape across the top of the door skin where the door panels hooks onto it at the top by the window. At this point, I only have one rattle caused by the subwoofer (JBL system) on the back right of the cab.
