The fog light kit that I ordered for my 16' Tacoma came in yesterday.
I was going to install it this weekend until I found that the Weatherpack connectors for the adapter pigtails were missing.
On top of that, I found that I had (2) bracket #2's Non bolt-side bracket DS and (2) bracket #4's
Bolt-side bracket PS. That doesn't do me any good.
I don't have the DS bolt-side bracket or the PS Non bolt-side bracket.
I sent inquiries through the bd website so hopefully my issue will be resolved quickly.

IMG_0127.jpg I have enclosed a pic of the install kit that I received.
As you can see, it is completely useless to me. The Weatherpack connector end that is missing is for the new lights.

The correct parts will be shipping today and will most likely arrive at the end of this week. Sorry about the inconvenience.

I just received the parts you sent. Two thirds of the parts were correct.:(
    I now have (3) DS (Left)non bolt-side brackets. I needed the (PS)Right non bolt-side bracket.
I called in as soon as I saw the wrong part. Hopefully the person that I talked to will send me the (right) one.
I don't think this error is by any fault of yours. Most likely whomever
picked the part just grabbed the one that was there.
I would suggest revising the part numbers to reflect left or right side.
I really hope this is the last time that I have to deal with this because if not I will be returning your product for a refund.

It really shouldn't have to take a while to get the right parts.
    It's just my frustration talking.
They could be made of titanium and shoot lasers :laser:but if you can't install them they are pretty much useless.

I love Baja Designs and I love their products that they make, but it took them three tries to get me the correct parts I needed. I wasn't a happy customer for that month of waiting.

I had exactly this same set of parts shipped with mine, called and got another set of brackets shipped out to me which turned out to be exactly the same incorrect brackets that where sent the first time, called again and finally got the correct brackets in the mail yesterday (along with an entire extra set also), went to put the lights in today and realized I'm missing the weatherpack connectors. I guess I probably should have checked everything more carefully initially, but it's still disappointing.

Well, just got another bracket in the mail this morning. Now I have 4 of the same Driver's side Non Bolt-Side brackets.
I need the PASSENGER SIDE bracket.
Called Baja Designs again. The guy I spoke with told me that he would pick the right part personally.
I hope so because this will be the last time. I will return the lights if these guys can't get their act together.

Finally, the package I received this morning had a new set of the correct brackets.:yay:
I wish they would have sent me those in the first place. At least now I can install my new fog lights.
Thanks to JD for setting everything straight.
