So the dealer fixed the speaker rattle on the passenger side. After a couple months I have a new one and I thing it is coming from the right side glovebox hinge or something right behind it. For the life of me I cant get back there. Anyone have an idea/fix for this?

Towards the end of the video I put pressure on the open glovebox and it stops, but starts again when I let go. Noise happens whether I have it opened or closed. Already took out the glovebox shelf, contents and air filter cover to rule that out

Check the foam insulation tape on the passenger A-pillar. Common issue, I believe there are several other threads on TW regarding this.

check the divider in the glove box - Had a similar rattle that was driving me crazy. My daughter open the glove box and just adjusted the shelf and that stopped it.

I thought of that too, passenger said it was coming from near his feet at the bottom end of the glovebox

I am hearing something like this at certain outside temps. Like 28 F and below. How about you?

There is a rattle associated with the side pillar and dash speaker cover. some have added foam to either and it has stopped it.

Same, but it doesn't start until about 20 minutes into my drive and usually starts after I go over a bump....then it is constant with any vibration.

Well, I MIGHT have found the issue. The phillips head screw in the picture was not tightened down at all following the dealership taking things apart to fix the passenger speaker rattle issue (I have never been this far into the paneling, so wasn't me). Before I took everything apart, I could replicated the noise by hitting the airbag/glovebox area nearest to the door. After tightening, noise went away. After thinking it through, putting pressure on the glovebox would prevent movement of this panel, which would stop the rattle. If it pops up again on my commutes to work this week I have another issue....

Check the access panel in the back of the glove box ... the cabin air filter is behind it. That was the source of my rattle.

If I recall correctly there was a guy that tracked a rattle down to the headlight sensor or a dummy plug where the sensor goes in the tweeter cover.

I had to take off three of the panels. Floor board, the panel next to the glove box and the panel between the dash and the passenger door. Feel free to PM me and I can send you detailed pics of the panels I am referring to

Haha, maybe! It was bad....especially in the morning before the caffeine kicked in. Many bad words. So far no issues with rattle at all (knocks on wood) today. Usually I can tell when it is about to start but not even a hint of it today
