I have a home both in Roseville ca area and in Las Vegas .
When we just want to get there we take I5 and cross over.
When we want some fun and don’t care how we get there it’s up to almost Reno just before Fernley then down 395.
But it would be nice to find another route in those directions .
Any idea as would be appreciated!

you already do this? I know the fernley route down US 95 is fairly remote in most areas (watch out for speed traps in Tonopah). we'll be doing the Reno-Vegas via Fernley route in May.

Don't take 395 or you'll end up way out of the way ;)
