I have searched for a thread on this and and have not come up with the answer I am happy with.

I have an 06 dbl cab 4x4 with 5100's leveled up 1-3/4"-2" in the front with michelin LTX 26570R17 on factory wheels. I have had the same tire size on there for 8 years. The 5100s were done about 4 years ago. I now have 220K on it and the control arm bushings failed. I installed the energy suspension urethane bushings on the factory upper and lower control arms, new OE cam adjusters/bolt on the lower front along with Moog ball joints and tie rod ends and threw in a remanufactured factory rack and pinion unit cause it was starting to show signs of failure.

Went and had it aligned and both front tires rub the back side of the lower control arm at full lock.
    Here are the alignment #'s
    Cam .4 .5
    Cas 1.6 1.9
    toe .01 .01

Searched the web and had it aligned with more caster but trying to keep the toe and camber close to zero. Now the left side does not rub but the right side rubs so bad it will stop the truck at an idle.
    Cam .6 .8
    Cas 2.4 2.7
    toe .05 .07

I am trying to understand why it never rubbed before and now, magically, it does and how to correct it. Can anyone shed light on this situation.

    PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST SPACERS!
