Performance is debatable. I'll take 500k miles over a twin turbo grenade any day, especially for off road

Yeah it’s not that good haha. I liked the 4.0 way better. I wish the they did the 4.0 with the 6 speed.

The new Raptor Ranger looks really good, but I seriously doubt it will come in that configuration (diesel) to the US.

Even if it does Toyota is and always has been focused on reliability, its part of their fundamental company values. This is why the Tacoma outsells all others in its segment, on the whole people want reliability over performance in a midsize truck. It would take a major market shift to change Toyota in this aspect. That being said, I would love to see a true 'performance' version of the Tacoma aside from just suspension and cosmetic changes offered by the Pro.

Im sure they could quite easily partner with TC or something on a TRD Chaos edition that came from the factory with their +2" kit, their mid travel sua setup with kings of fox and on 33's. But it would cost $75k like the raptor does

Edit: And they'd have to bring back the supercharger. If it's gonna be called the chaos edition it better have some power adders as well

Bring me your taco and $30k and I'll make it happen for you. Do you want kings or fox?

Lol so true, that is why I will never be able to afford something like that. Just bring me pretty much any vehicle and $30k and I'll LT link and cage it. Call me crazy but my truck with links and cage cost less than $30k and that includes price of the truck

I mean my truck cost is much higher than that since I bought it new. But yeah, my LT, tires and fiberglass set me back less than $15k
