I'm experimenting with low light HDR shots. This was shot at dawn when it was darker than I wanted it to be, so it was shot earlier than I wanted.

    Nothing worthy

    Great shots for a clicker.
So what do you do about debris getting behind the wind faring on the roof rack?
On my Prinsu I purposely adjusted it so theres a gap for crap to fall down the windshield.

Heres one of the shots I got of the Super Blue Moon before the eclipse started. 640mm cropped into 1:1 pixels.

This was shot using a Rebel T5 and a Nikkor ED 400mm f5.6 lens ISO 100 1/1600th. 9 images taken and stacked for noise reduction.

Nice! That looks way better than my picture! Granted I only have a 200mm as my biggest lens. I also didn't do all the fancy stuff you did. Great picture.

Nice, youre shooting in raw right? Adjust your curves a bit and you can control where you want your contrast. I cropped into my photo but didnt blow it up. so what youre seeing in mine is straight pixel for pixel. I think if i wanted to get anything better id need a star tracker and a telescope.

Ya, I shoot jpeg+raw and this one was just the jpeg I transferred over the cameras wifi to my phone. I'll play around with the raw in Lightroom when I have some time.

Thanks! It's in need of some TLC at the moment. Needs a new A/C compressor and timing belt change, so I have new water pump and thermostat ready to go. Just needs to get warmer.

Made it out to King of the Hammers last night for the shoot out. It wasnt at backdoor this year, they made a new obstacle. Almost thought this pickup was gonna make it. haha. Was shooting with my 5DMKII with a 70-200mm f2.8 L IS v2. I think I got a few good vids too.

Not too many photos of my Tacoma, but here are the few I have taken with my camera which is a Nikon D600 with Nikon 24-70 2.8 and Nikon 70-200 2.8 VR

Also a few photos of what I mainly shoot, I am a fireground photographer that works with several different local fire agencies and Maryland State Police Aviation Command.

Its not a photo, but heres some video I got on monday night at Chocolate Thunder in Johnson Valley for KOH. Shot on the 5DMKII with 70-200mm f2.8 L at iso 6400 and 1/50th of a second shutter speed. (yes i know i should have shot it at 1/60th but it was really dark)

Took advantage of a day off and drove up Mt Rainier to see if I could catch a glimpse through the clouds. No luck but I was still able to have some fun and grab a few interesting frames. I was Lucky enough to see this cool looking mountain fox.20180209-A88A1773.jpg 20180209-A88A1812.jpg 20180209-A88A1818.jpg 20180209-A88A1775.jpg 20180209-A88A1797.jpg 20180209-A88A1845.jpg
