Hoangde, great job on fulfilling my wish. Back on May 2017, I posted my dual camera setup
Had I waited two more months and saw you post on the HAI that would have solved my dilemma. I may still consider your HAI since it's cleaner to use the Head Unit.

Looking to install this weekend, bit what is everyone using for a front camera? Cost is not the issue, clarity is key.

I don't think there's been a solid answer yet. I'm in the same boat. I don't mind paying extra for a nice clear wide angle

I do not know where the input limitation lies, and I am not complaining. But with an analog RCA input, there is going to be only so much video quality.

Myself, I am pleased. Would full 1080p be cool? Sure, but then I'm not using it for movies or recording / action cam work.

    Just my thoughts.

The camera came with this little ring-tab thingy (that's the technical term I am giving it :D), I bent the flat part with the screw holes down then placed the adhesive piece that came with it on the tab and I sandwiched (another technical term :D) that into a slot at the bottom of the grill right behind that opening. It's not ideal but it seems to be good for now. It's really not going anywhere, I've already had it at the car wash once and stood up to the car wash and drying just fine.

    Here's the little "ring-tab thingy":

Having an issue with Center Bearing Carrier, so I got some items together to built a camera to monitor bearing in motion.
    1. Round Ceramic Magnets from Harbor Freight base
    2. Low cost camera
    upload_2018-2-10_20-25-39.jpg

Place Camera pointing toward Center Bearing Carrier
    upload_2018-2-10_20-30-59.jpg

Drove on the freeway ~65 mph and monitor the motion (afternoon light shines Head Unit caused image looks washout).

Overall, you can build a Magnetic base Camera and placed it anywhere you needed such as under frame, under hood, top of the trailer to view in the rear when over size of the trailer blocked rear camera view ...etc.

I Would Also like to know. Im a big fan of keeping the truck as wire free as I can, so tucking all the cables away would be ideal. However I have seen other users who already have their build in use, have the mirabox outside and connected to the cigarette lighter port. Im trying to avoid that route.
