Road trip from ABQ?!? I'm only 4 hrs from them and got the shipping because it was cheaper! My patience has been worn thin over lead times but shipping costs are VERY reasonable for what they do. Read some reviews on their shipping and it's all very good in their shipping quality.

Sorry John. We are doing our best to keep up. During November, we had a huge influx of orders due to our sale. We were quoting 10-12 weeks. I think we are on track to ship your sliders before then. Hang in there with us, we're pumping them out as fast as we can.

Get a bunch of guys in your area to buy sliders. Shipping a bunch of orders in one crate is much more cost effective per person.

I got my last set of sliders shipped for $100. Pretty sure that vendor ships them nationwide for the same price.

I fully acknowledge @Mobtown Offroad makes a phenomenal slider (and other products), but I feel most everyone’s shipping rates these days seem a little high. :crapstorm:

Not trying to start a pissing match, just an observation and an opinion. But you know what they say about opinions...

Ugh, I hate shipping. Everything about it is a huge pain. I wish shipping was cheaper too.

We've talked about it, but then everyone is burdened with the average shipping charge even if they come and pick them up locally or have them shipped close.

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
Maybe TW Express can help... Just need to find someone on their way from Maryland to the left coast...

I’ve been looking for a no drill solution that’s as strong as the drill ones to avoid issues with rust etc. it looks like this might be it. However, at clamp points is rust possible from eating into the frame?

Not anymore than any other bolt on solution. I’ve hard my sliders on for about 3 years and don’t have any rust issues (I had them off not long ago to finally get them powder coated). I do keep my frame pretty well soaked in Fluid Film though.

Thanks, what is fluid film and how often do you soak it?

Yes, but fingers crossed that improves. Another fabricator starts tomorrow to help get caught up and get these lead times back down.

Buy a $1200 shelf, get free rock sliders. Finally found a use for my shipping skid.
