    He's talking about lifting heavy weight and not once in the video did they ever lift heavy weight. He was outside doing some crossshit stuff on grass and a jump rope. Coach newlife wouldn't let that slide.

    They seemed alright to me. They were a little strict on the soft knees on deadlifts. A lot of people got red lighted on that but everything else seemed good. There was one guy, maybe the one you are talking about, that was at the expediters table at one point and was being a bit of a dick if you weren’t fast enough to put in your next weight attempt...

    15weeks out from my next meet :muscleflexing:

    I heard they don't sell it in powder form because people were misdosing it and having the issues that come along with caffeine overdose...I think some people thought you were supposed to do a tsp like with the creatine and beta alanine and someone ended up dying.
