Warranty notice

I received a notice from Toyota about frame rot. I'm in Fl. Truck spent 8 years in NY. After inspection from dealership the frame is compromised. They want to do a frame swap. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Had the one on my 05 replaced about 2 yrs ago
Definitly do it
It increases resale plus you should new brake lines, lower control arms, bushings and sometimes rear springs
See if dealer has done it before

 

Thanks. They are doing their first one now. Mine will be #4 if Toyota approves it.

Add new shocks / springs while it's torn down

You'll never have another opportunity for a FREE NEW FRAME!

 

Sometimes they will replace new parts u suppy at no charge
If they are going to do it talk over with them first
