is the harness plug and play? looking to run a sub with built in amp I already have, with factory head unit

 

The harness is plug and play behind the radio. One end plugs into your stock wiring harness, the other end into your radio. It feeds 4 channel (front right, front left, rear left, rear right) audio to the recurve, then the recurve sends those four channels plus sub channel to your amp. From your amp you need to have speaker wire to the sub, and then have speaker wire from the amp to your speakers directly, or get another stinger speedwire and feed the four audio channels back to your stock wiring harness behind the radio.

This setup is plug and play to get the audio to your amp. You have to supply amp, power wire, and have a way to get the audio back to your speakers.

What product did you end up getting. Seems like you put in a lot of work to only run it for a week. From TT description this allows you to feed an amp from the stock head unit. I'm assuming it acts as an equalizer also? Anyway, just a bit confused, because I would like to get an amp for my stock system to drive my C5-650's and sub, and I'm pretty sure they have a P&Play product for that. Seems like a great deal, and a lot of work you put into it.

 

I ended up with a JL audio xd700/5 which takes the high level from the radio and outputs the 4 speaker channels and a sub.

This recurve acts as an equalizer and sub output for someone running an amp that can’t take high level inputs and output a sub.

 

Someone buy this! Need money for more mods! I will sell for 180 shipped without the rcas
