Food Smokers and Smoking Tips/Tricks/Techniques

Thanks for the nice compliments guys. I gotta show off a little, doing the back yard like that cost a small fortune. I'm glad my wife talked me into doing it.
Of course she said honey lets do this [--] and I heard lets do this [----------------------]. We are both loving the results though so it's all good.

I ordered a new addition. I wanna smoked pizza. the same co. I ordered the Santa Maria grill from makes an awesome pizza oven but it's 10X what I paid for this.


Oh Costco was out of the bone in Rib eye Roasts.

 

Expirementing on what and when to add things is always fun. I drizzled a pretty good amount on there, enough to brush all over smoothly, within the last hour of smoke. I really like the little sweet zing it added to counter the spicy rub it has on it.

I’ve thrown my old rusted smoke box into the metal pile which continues to grow. I bought a griddle instead. I do have an old metal shed on a jet ski trailer that I’ve used for smoking. Put a pellet smoker in it.

 

haven't made them in awhile... may have to hit store on way home now...

Truth! I just have to see if I can Find My chicken smoking pan... Muffin pan that I drilled holes in for draining. Was one of the wife's cupcake pans. Now it's my chicken pan

 

Damn, where my damn safety glasses at, I know they round here somewhere

 

technically she didn't notice for months. I'm pretty sure there's statutes of limitations on stuff like this

 

Might I suggest loaded bacon wrapped brats instead?
