    I used to live in Thermopolis many years ago. Would love to go back sometime, great places to offroad.

    Super off topic. Didn't you leave the overload leaf 'in' when you installed your 3 leaf AAL?
    How would you compare the on-road feel now compared to the stock OR rear suspension? I know ride feeling is subjective, just asking for your personal opinion.

    Also, did you install any axle shims or CB drop kit?
    Thanks

    I like it! Been thinking about doing my door handles too, but would have to watch out for the sensor behind the drivers door handle.

    @backcountryj

    Yes, Overload leaf left in.

    Ride is less bouncy / floaty than the stock OR suspension, to me it's more comfortable. It seems to recover from bumps better now.

    No axel shims or CB drop kit, assuming you mean carrier bearing. I did do the ECGS bushing though.

    Thanks. Yes carrier bearing is what I was referring to.

    Replacement ECGS bushing, new seal and diff oil are already in the garage awaiting install. I'm still sorting out what I'll do for lift in the back.

    Very pleased with the 3 leaf and 5100s in a longbed and toolbox with about 100lbs of stuff in it all the time. If I towed a lot I would consider something else but this has been great for a daily driver with 40 miles rt commute.

    Paired with 885 springs up front I was able to maintain the factory rake and no need for aftermarket UCAs .4 days after lift.jpg

    I love how it turned out, have almost a year on the lift now.

    Now trying to decide if I want to go 255/75 or 255/80 tires when the Nittos wear out.

    Actually wish the TGs came in that size.

    A claymore, as pictured, is an anti-personel mine loaded with ball bearings that is set off by a trip wire or a hand clicker. It was named after a heavy Scottish battle sword.

    Better idea, get $check from insurance co., purchase custom plate bumper. It's less than the cost of replacing the rear bumper.

    Spend all day yesterday plastidipping the chrome bumper caps. Didn't bother taking it off the bumper, just masked the whole backside of my truck off and sprayed it on there. 8 coats, 30 minutes in between sprays. Also put on the Nox Lux blackout emblem and tailgate insert. Much better looking.
