06 Tacoma 4x4 sr5 5 sp

Hey everyone, I’m a bit baffled with my truck 06 Tacoma 4x4 5sp 2.7. I’ve held an ASE cert in p2 n in process of recertification so I have the knowledge to an extent. I have an ABS brake service engine light. I have an obd11 read codes. LR wheel sensor replaced this 3xs in past 18 mo still not fixed. Engine light catalyst below eff. bank 1. O2 sensor...what I can’t figure out is abs speed sensor n why my horn goes off spontaneously (had to unplug).
