Some of the trails I ran would give you pinstripes. I only ran them because I had the Sami out. There's enough backroads around that are no winter maintenance that we could run them and be safe. In fact there's 1 road about 20 minutes from me that goes up over Derry Ridge that is fun to run when it's dry. I bet it would take all day this time of year.

Damn. I would love to, but going to Jim Thorpe for a concert. Let me know when you want to go around Tiduoute/Tionesta and I'll clear the schedule.

My brother and his family and our friends are up there this weekend. We had a cracked water line. What's a good weekend for you? I should be good for the next month or so. Lots of exploring to do up there.

Would be interested in a Tidioute/Tionesta trailride as well, since it is basically in my backyard...... If you're looking for a great place to eat, i would suggest Double D's( ) in Garland, pa...... About 15 mins north of Tidioute on Rte 27

I've been to Double D's. We fish Brokenstraw around Pittsfield a good bit. Good food but that place can get really busy. My camp is just at the bottom of Davey Hill along the river. We should start planning a ride up there.

Yes. Let's plan a trip there. Would it better in the snow or spring? I don't know any trails there. But would be down for exploring.

our camp is in west hickory half way between tidioute and tionesta used to run a lot of old logging roads in the 90's but it seems like all those are now closed to motorized vehicles now.

My wife had the baby on 1/31, so to save time and aggravation, I decided to just have them powder coated. I found a shop in Freedom, PA to do them for a really reasonable price. They should be done in a week or so.

Here they are bare metal. I'm not a welder, but they seem to be very well made.

I'm definitely in for the Tittysout/Tionesta trail ride assuming trails are accessible for an old ma truck like mine lol. It's only a half hour roughly from my house so I'd be a fool not to go

I live just off Rte 6 about 5 mins from the Pittsfield metropolis, so I am definitely interested if we can put together a trail ride in that area.... have wanted to find someone that knows which areas could be traveled without running afoul of anyone b/c like Toyojo said alot of the trails are gated or marked no access to vehicles...... snow is not terribly deep right now - about 5-6" on the ground, and ground is well frozen in most places

Regarding Double D's - definitely bust all year from hunting season to snowmobilers to fishermen....... Heck our Sunday 8ball league has to start at 1pm when we shoot there, so we don't interfere with the dinner crowd

The same shit everyone else has.
Long shot, but Im looking for a Silver Streak Mica long bed camper shell near Pittsburgh if anyone is selling one. Willing to drive a few hours to pick up if need be.

I have a long bed Supertop to use as partial trade if interested.

It's been quite a few years since I wheeled up there but i know plenty of back roads for cruising. I met a guy on Expedition Portal and he showed me some places. Basically any logging company (Collins) roads with the gates open are open access. He worked for them. I'll talk to a friend of mine in Tidioute about some trails and see what he knows of.
